Postage and Packing is included within the subscription fee for our Smart Pup Subscription Boxes. The delivery fee for book orders is shown on the book order page and reflects what current rates are from Royal Mail plus the cost to us for packaging etc.
Postage for both Subscription Boxes and books will be made on or around the 1st and 15th of each month (depending on how those dates fall within the working week) as part of our continued efforts to streamline our postage routine and reduce our impact on the environment.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified above. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. If we fail to meet a specified delivery date you can either cancel your order and receive a full refund, or continue with the order and accept a refund of any delivery charges.
