Behaviour/One to one/Instructing/Dog Walking and Daycare - Jane Ardern DipCABT, CAPBT, MAPDT1058, CAP1

Jane owns Wagga-Wuffins and is the centre's Pet Behaviour Counsellor. Jane has been running Elton Dog Training Club for over 6 years and now Wagga-Wuffins. Jane has an Advanced Diploma in the practical Aspects of Companion Animal Behaviour and Training which includes both Cats and Dogs. She holds an Advanced Award in Practical Behaviour Therapy which covers behaviour counselling for Canine Aggression. Both these awards are through the Centre of Applied Pet Ethology (COAPE) and Accredited with the OCN. Jane also has a certificate in Canine Aggression from Myerscough college, has passed the Learning About Dogs Clicker Trainers Competancy Assesment Program Level 1 and passed all the ADTB courses. Jane has completed and passed the Kennel Club assessments for judging dogs and is a C List breed judge with the Leonberger Club of Great Britain. Jane is the Canine and Feline Behaviourist for the local RSPCA rehoming centre and has trained and provided dogs for TV and Advertising.
Jane is studying in her final year of a Foundation Degree in Canine Behaviour and Training at Bishop Burton College where Jane is working towards a BSc. She is a member of the Coape Association of Pet Behaviourists and Trainers (CAPBT) and the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT) Membership no. 1058
Jane has 3 dogs, a leonberger, polish lowland sheepdog and lancashire heeler. She shows 2 dogs one having qualified for Crufts for life and trains her own dogs for competitive obedience and heelwork to music
Instructing/Dog Walking/Daycare- Matthew Phair CAP1

Matt Phair is training to be a full time instructor and works full time at Wagga-Wuffins. Matt has been training his own dog Teal a Springer Spaniel for 2 years, passing his Kennel Club Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards before Teal was 12 months old and winning the Obedience Dog of the Year at Elton Dog Club in 2008. Matt has passed both the Gundog Club's Grade 1 and 2 Hunting Retriever Tests and the Learning About Dogs Clicker Trainers Competancy Assesment Program Level 1, all with distinction. Matt is currently working on getting Teal ready to compete in agility. Matt wishes to breed and specialise in Spaniels.
Matt works once a year on a farm in Wales during the busy lambing season, where he gets the chance to work with the farm collies herding sheep. Matt is a fully qualified Sports Coach and Referee which has given his excellent communication and instructing skills. Matt has successfully completed parts one and two of our Instructor Development Program and is starting a FdSc in Canine Behaviour and Training this year
Instructor - Stewart Kimblin ABIPDT, CAP1

Stewart is a part time Instructor and has trained at Elton Dog Training Club for several years. Stewart has lots of experience training and covering at many other training clubs and with many other instructors giving him a very wide range of experience. Stewart is a Associate of the British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers, a Kennel Club Good Citizen Scheme, Bronze Silver and Gold Examiner and an Obedience Judge. Stewart has passed the Learning About Dogs Clicker Trainers Competancy Assesment Program Level 1 with Distinction. Stewart has 2 German Shepherds and 2 Border Collies with whom him, his wife and daughter compete in Agility and Competitive Obedience with.
Instructor- Jayne Stott BA (Hons) CAP1

Jayne is a part time instructor. Jayne's life long passion for dogs lead her to study Animal Care at Surrey Technical College . She has trained her own dogs in obedience and ring craft for 25 years and has carried out her own research into training methods and techniques for the past 20 years. Her aim is to have a dog to be proud of, that can be a true member of the family. Jayne has shown two of her dogs both qualifying for Crufts. In the past one of her dogs was a registered P.A.T. (pets as therapy) dog being taken to visit adults with learning disabilities with which she works.
Jayne's professional qualifications enable her to use learning styles to suit all individuals when teaching. Jayne has 2 year old Swedish Vallhund called Jed and a puppy Springer Spaniel called Cara. Jayne has successfully completed parts one and two of our Instructor Development Program and has passed the COAPE 'DogWise' course and the Learning About Dogs Clicker Trainers Competancy Assesment Program Level 1 both with Distinction
